A San Diego family of four contacted Tiny Heirloom, the builders behind the TV show Tiny Luxury, to build this 200-square-foot theater-inspired tiny home. The home features a 3’x6′ hanging pendant lamp with stamped gold tiles.
The exterior has a two-tone mix of horizontal and vertical cedar siding, C-metal roof, an outdoor shower, and nine windows — including a 6-foot arched window.
The 80-square-foot kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, nine feet of maple cabinetry, a granite countertop, and stamped gold tile backsplash. A built-in semi-circular table was made out of reclaimed cedar in a herringbone pattern.
In the living room is a built-in entertainment center with large TV for movie night, and a custom red velvet fold-out couch that looks like an old fashioned theater chair.
Theater-lit stairs lead up to the 60-square-foot master loft with built-in night stand, queen bed, skylight, and a pony wall to keep the space open yet private. Across the tiny home is another loft with two twin beds and another skylight.
The bathroom includes a dark walnut vanity, white vessel sink, antique bronze fixtures, a full size tub, and three deep shelves for towels and toiletry storage. The bathtub surround was made from porcelain tile with travertine finish and a cracked glass subway tile accent band.
This tiny home was featured in Season 3 of Tiny Luxury. For more information about this tiny house, please contact Tiny Heirloom.
