With its double slope roof, the Treasure Island by Baluchon maximizes the interior space and provides a unique exterior design. The tiny home is 6 meters long and was custom built for a couple living in the vineyards of Nantes, France.
The exterior is clad in red cedar and heat-treated poplar, creating an inverted v-shape.
Inside the Treasure Island are solid spruce floors, planed natural and raw white spruce panels, and oak finishes for the shelving, stairs, and worktops.
The main living area has a split level with living room on top and guest bedroom underneath. The living room is accessed by a short set of storage stairs and has room for a full size couch and coffee table.
The kitchen offers a small refrigerator, sink, and two-burner gas cooktop. A table for two slides out from under the oak countertop.
The master bedroom loft has ladder access and room for a chest. Below the loft is the bathroom with an 80x80cm shower, dry toilet, and bright pink accent wall.
