From French tiny home builder Baluchon is the Solaris, a 6-meter (~20-foot) home with large L-shaped kitchen.
The exterior is a two-tone wood finish (red cedar and poplar) with blue trim that matches the front door and metal roof. The vibrant blue color continues inside.
As you first enter the Solaris you’ll find the L-shaped kitchen, equipped with a four burner gas range/oven, under counter refrigerator, and a single bowl apron sink. The kitchen includes several cabinets and upper shelves for storage, plus there is a small storage loft above the kitchen windows.
Next to the kitchen is a dining area with fold down oak table set in front of a window. The table is large enough to accommodate three people. Across from the table is a wall-mounted heater.
Beyond the dining area is the living room with built-in couch, a large wardrobe, and bookshelf.
At the rear of the home is the bathroom with pocket door access. The bathroom is equipped with a dry toilet and an 80x80cm shower.
Above the living room and bathroom is the bedroom loft with ladder access. The ladder can be stored against the wall when not in use.
The Solaris was built for a client in Switzerland.
