The Hytta Tiny House, crafted by Baluchon, serves as Johanna’s primary residence, offering a thoughtful blend of comfort and practicality. Designed with her need for a spacious bedroom in mind, the home features a clever framework that includes two dormer windows, enhancing the sense of space and light.
Upon entering the Hytta through the gable entrance, one finds a practical area equipped with a shoe cabinet, coat rack, and a small storage mezzanine. This area also includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for teleworking.
The living area is versatile, with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two guests when needed. The oak table, which is movable, can be tucked under the wood stove to clear space for the additional sleeping area.
The home features a corner staircase, complete with a handrail, that leads to the mezzanine bedroom. This staircase not only provides safe access to the upper floor but also offers ample storage options.
In the bedroom, there is a double bed, a piece of furniture with two drawers, and two oak wall shelves.
The kitchen is efficiently laid out with two fitted units facing each other, optimizing the available space.
The bathroom is well-equipped, featuring an 80x80cm shower, a washing machine, a dry toilet with a stainless steel bucket and a shavings compartment, and a storage cupboard.
The Hytta Tiny House is a well-planned residence that meets the demands of everyday living in a compact, efficient space.
