Hatteras by Modern Tiny Living

The Hatteras is a 20-foot tiny home based on the Point model from Modern Tiny Living. It incorporates the Point’s functional floor plan and adds bold blue accents.

The two-tone exterior of the Hatteras is primarily blue LP Lapped Smart Siding with white trim. The siding has a 60 year warranty and the metal roof has a 40 year warranty.

Inside the 240-square-foot home are vinyl floors and gorgeous poplar walls. The U-shaped living room has a bookcase end and built-in benches with dark blue cushions. The benches have storage underneath and fold out into a guest bed.

The blue accents continue into the kitchen area with ocean blue cabinetry and barn door. A dark butcher block countertop adds some contrast to the light color walls and flooring.

The barn door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find a 30″x30″ shower with glass door, flush toilet, and wall-mounted sink.

A storage staircase with cable railing leads up to the master bedroom loft with room for a king size bed.
