The Bohemian Bungalow is a 40-foot gooseneck tiny house built by Hill Country Tiny Houses in Kerrville, Texas. The home features two slide outs, expanding the living space to 390-square-feet.
The Bohemian Bungalow was featured on HGTV’s Tiny Paradise in August 2018.
The exterior is clad in board-and-batten siding and a metal roof. A six foot pass through window, mesquite countertop bar, and two decks create a great outdoor living space. A 10’x16′ remote controlled awning covers the bar and side deck.
Double french doors lead into the gooseneck tiny house. The interior is bright and colorful with a nine foot picture window, wood accent walls, antique stained glass windows, and wood grain laminate flooring.
The living room has a 12-foot slide out, murphy bed hidden in the entertainment center, and two tables under the 55″ TV. The slide out area has a reclining sofa and plenty of room for extra seating.
The kitchen features a blue-jade arabesque mosaic tile backsplash, walnut butcher block countertop, and white farmhouse sink. Appliances include a full size gas oven, side-by-side refrigerator, drawer dishwasher, and combo washer/dryer. There is plentiful storage space with two custom built slide out storage units and a 24″ pantry.
Inside the bathroom is a 3’x4′ tile shower with glass door, 36″ marble vanity, and flush toilet.
The bedroom is located over the gooseneck and has a 6-foot slide out, providing plenty of room to walk around the queen size bed. The bed has a hydraulic lift to access the storage space underneath.
Price starts at $87,900. Model seen here with upgrades is $118,900. For more information about the Bohemian Bungalow, please contact Hill Country Tiny Houses.
