Nash by Modern Tiny Living

The Nash is a 20-foot tiny house on wheels built by Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living. Based on their Mohican model, the Nash contrasts deep wood colors with teal cabinetry and white walls. The tiny home was built as a vacation rental.

The main floor is 160-square-feet and there are two lofts: a 70-square-foot queen bedroom loft with built-in dresser and shelving, and a twin bed loft. The living room has built-in shelving and the couch is positioned across from the full light front door.

Knotted rustic hickory was used for the countertop, drop down dining table, barn door, staircase, and shelves. The open closet and shelves have black piping for an industrial style.

The kitchen features a four burner propane cooktop, 9.9 cu.ft. refrigerator, and black graphite undermount sink. In the bathroom is a 32″x32″ shower and flush toilet.
