Lodge by Modern Tiny Living

Built by Modern Tiny Living and based on their Kokosing model, the Lodge offers a beautiful interior with blue cabinets and highlights, a hickory countertop, and wood accents.

For easy maintenance, the 24-foot tiny home uses vertical Smart Siding with a 60 year warranty, a steel roof with 40 year warranty, vinyl flooring, and white PVC interior walls.

The seating area has built-in benches with storage underneath, bookcases at each end, and the benches fold out into a bed that sleeps two.

A staircase with built-in storage leads up to the queen bedroom loft over the bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a four burner cooktop, over the range microwave/hood, 18.2 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and 30″ stainless steel undermount sink. Across from the kitchen is a dining/work area.

The bathroom includes a fiberglass shower, flush toilet, and open shelving behind a custom barn door.
