With its subtle color palette, the Pearl creates a relaxing environment while including all the creature comforts of home. The Pearl is a 24-foot tiny home built by Modern Tiny Living and based on their incredibly popular Kokosing model.
The exterior consists of vertical smart siding with 60 year warranty and a steel roof with 40 year warranty.
Inside, you’ll find the signature Kokosing living room with its built-in storage benches, two bookcases, and a fold-out bed that sleeps two. Throughout the house are vinyl floors and white PVC walls for easy maintenance.
The full kitchen features arched custom cabinets, hickory countertops, and stainless hardware and appliances. Appliances include a four burner cooktop, over the range microwave/hood, 18.2 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and 30″ undermount sink. Across from the kitchen is a table set in front of a window.
At the rear of the home is the bathroom with custom barn door, fiberglass shower, open wood shelving, and flush toilet. Above the kitchen and bathroom is the queen size bedroom loft with storage staircase access.
