Custom built by Modern Tiny Living for their clients in Washington state, the 22-foot Rainier includes full light french doors and two skylights. The tiny home also has a modified version of MTL’s popular social area to accommodate the french doors.
The Rainier sits on a 22-foot Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer. The low-maintenance exterior has dark wood grain lapped Smart Siding, a black steel roof, and black casement windows. The siding has a 50 year warranty and the roof has a 40 year warranty.
The french doors lead into the L-shaped social area. The built-in couch has five drawers for storage and converts into a full-size bed. Poplar tongue-and-groove siding and brown maple hardwood flooring were used throughout the home.
The kitchen features a butcher block countertop, custom drop-down cabinets over the sink, a SMEG Fab32 Retro refrigerator, and an undermount Quartz sink. All of the cabinets in the Rainier are custom built.
A large set of storage stairs provides an array of storage options. The stairs lead up to the bedroom loft where you’ll find two skylights for late night stargazing.
The bathroom has a fiberglass shower with glass door, custom tile floor, and a Nature’s Head composting toilet.
