Catalina by Modern Tiny Living

After spending over a year between design and construction, Modern Tiny Living finally released the Catalina, their new luxury model featuring a main floor bedroom and panoramic windows.

The exterior of the Catalina sports a two-tone black and natural finish with a full-light front door, skylight, and an accordion window across the dining bar.

The interior mixes stained wood and painted green surfaces. In the living room is a built-in couch with storage drawers.

The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and range, custom cabinetry, and large single bowl sink with gooseneck faucet.

The first floor bedroom has a door for privacy, plenty of storage options, and a large window for natural light.

Above the bedroom is a large loft with room for a king size bed.

The luxurious bathroom creates a spa-like experience with its custom tiling and deep soaker tub. There is also a Nature’s Head composting toilet and washer/dryer combo unit.
