Based on their popular Point model, the Kitty Hawk by Modern Tiny Living features a bright interior with a soft yellow and white theme.
The Kitty Hawk sits on a 20-foot Trailer Made custom insulated tiny home trailer foundation. The exterior has LP Lapped Smart Siding and a metal roof.
Inside the 240-square-foot tiny home are vinyl plank floors, white walls and ceiling, and canary yellow cabinetry.
The living room has a U-shaped built-in couch with storage drawers. The couch folds out into a guest bed. There is also a bookcase at the end of the couch.
The kitchen includes a light stained butcher block countertop, large farmhouse sink with gooseneck faucet, two burner electric cooktop, and 9.9 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer.
A storage staircase leads up to the king size bedroom loft.
A barn door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find a 30″x30″ shower with glass door, wall-mounted sink, and flush toilet.
