The Grand by Modern Tiny Living was featured on HGTV’s Tiny House, Big Living! The 26-foot tiny home was built as a retreat in Ohio’s wine country.
The exterior of the Grand consists of pine barnwood siding and a steel roof. A custom deck, chairs, and flower pot/wine bottle holders create a great outdoor space for hosting guests.

Inside the 309-square-foot home is luxury vinyl flooring, white shiplap walls, and a custom reclaimed barnwood accent wall and ceiling. There are two lofts — a queen size and twin size — with storage stairs and a pipe ladder.
The kitchen provides a burst of color with its red custom cabinets. The cabinets are complimented with butcher block countertops, matte black hardware, and barn light fixtures. Appliances include a two burner cooktop and under counter refrigerator.
Next to the kitchen is a custom farmhouse kitchen table.
The bathroom includes a custom barn door, fiberglass insert shower, wall mount sink and cabinet, wood open shelving, and a composting toilet.
The Grand was $79,000 as shown. For more information about the tiny house, please contact Modern Tiny Living.
