Sangja shares the impressive features of the original Catalina model, enhanced by a new color scheme and attractive, never-seen-before elements specific to Modern Tiny Living homes.

The Catalina design, including Sangja, boasts a roomy master bedroom on the ground floor, accentuated with a large window and pocket doors to create a private space. For additional sleeping, there’s a queen-sized loft, complete with a privacy wall for a peaceful rest.

Mornings in Sangja begin in the spa-like bathroom. This space highlights the Catalina model’s appeal with a freestanding tub, shower, elegant vessel sink, custom cabinetry, stunning honeycomb tile, a washer/dryer combo, and a Nature’s Head Composting Toilet.

The kitchen, a hub of activity, comes fully equipped for culinary adventures. Featuring an oven, gas range, and stainless refrigerator, the kitchen is a blend of functionality and style. The use of Corian and brown maple butcher block countertops, coupled with matte black hardware, gives this kitchen an extraordinary look.

A highlight for many residents is the attractive high-top table in the kitchen. Crafted with custom hickory wood countertops, it’s perfect for dining, remote work, or socializing over drinks, all while enjoying the breeze and the natural surroundings through the open windows.
