Ocracoke by Modern Tiny Living

From Modern Tiny Living is the Ocracoke. The 24-foot tiny home is based on the popular Kokosing model and named after the Outer Banks barrier island in North Carolina.

The Ocracoke sits on a 24-foot Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer. The exterior is clad in LP Lapped Smart Siding with a 60 year warranty and a steel roof with a 40 year warranty. The siding is baby blue with white trim.

Inside the tiny home are vinyl floors and white tongue-and-groove walls. The living room has the popular Kokosing social area with built-in benches and bookcases. The benches have storage drawers and they fold out into a guest bed for two.

The kitchen features custom blue cabinets, solid surface countertops, and a dining bar that seats three. There is a 30″ undermount sink, plug-in two burner cooktop, convection oven, under-counter refrigerator, and room for a washer/dryer combo unit.

A storage staircase leads up to the master bedroom loft with room for a king size bed. The staircase has room for hanging clothes.

The bathroom includes a custom blue barn door, fiberglass shower with glass door, open shelving, and a flush toilet.
