Mi Casita by Modern Tiny Living

Modern Tiny Living has created a charming 26 ft. tiny house on wheels named Mi Casita. Built for a homeowner who had long dreamed of owning a tiny home, this project stands out for its thoughtful design and personal touches.

The exterior combines Hardie panels in an Autumnal shade with LP Smartside Trim in Oceanside, and the door trim showcases a Cedar Finish, giving the home a warm, inviting look.

Inside, the layout is both practical and elegant. To the right, there’s a private first-floor master bedroom, while straight ahead lies a cozy seating area with a stowable table.

To the left, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a Matte Black Modern hardware package and durable LifeProof LVT flooring, which promises to hold up well over time.

The bathroom feels like a spa, with a custom solid-wood door, a freestanding tub with a shower, a standard flush toilet, and vibrant teal mosaic tiles that bring a splash of color to the shower area.

A loft area with a queen-sized bed offers additional space for guests.

Despite its compact size, Mi Casita is a remarkable example of space efficiency and craftsmanship, reflecting both the homeowner’s vision and Modern Tiny Living’s skillful execution.
