Kokosing by Modern Tiny Living

This gorgeous blue Nantucket style tiny house was built by Columbus, Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living. Named the Kokosing, the 24′ tiny house is wrapped in Lapped Smart Siding and a metal roof.

Inside the 256-square-foot house are hand scraped Acacia wood floors and white shiplap walls.

The living room sits on a raised platform, which provides a large storage area under the floor. The built-in benches have storage underneath, plus they fold out into a bed that sleeps two.

The Kokosing’s kitchen features navy blue cabinets, a white quartz countertop, and marble backsplash. The stainless steel appliances include a 30″ four burner stovetop with range hood, a 30″ refrigerator/freezer, and a washer/dryer combo. A 24″ white farmhouse sink and retractable wand faucet complete the Nantucket theme.

Storage stairs lead up to the queen size bedroom loft where you’ll find five windows and the same Acacia wood floors as the main level.

A white barn door leads into the bathroom, which includes a marble tile floor, open shelving, and a composting toilet.
