Espresso by Modern Tiny Living

From Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living is the Espresso, a 20-foot tiny home on wheels with black finishes and gorgeous wood accents. The Espresso is based on Modern Tiny Living’s popular Mohican model.

The main floor measures 160-square-feet and there is a 70-square-foot queen bedroom loft with custom built-ins and shelving. In the living room is a pull-out bench, built-in shelving, and a dropdown dining table/desk.

The kitchen includes an undermount black granite sink with pull-down matte black faucet, solid wood countertops, a 9.9 cu.ft. refrigerator, a two burner propane cooktop, and a microwave.

Across from the kitchen is an open closet with exterior shelving and the bathroom. In the bathroom is a fiberglass insert shower, standard flush toilet, and open shelving.

The Espresso weighs approximately 9,000 pounds and has a low maintenance exterior with Smart Siding and a metal roof.

The home includes a propane tankless water heater, AC/Heat combo unit, 100 gallon fresh water tank, 42 gallon gray water tank, and 22 gallon black water tank.
