Built by Modern Tiny Living as a vacation rental, the Cocoa is another 20-foot tiny home based on the popular Mohican model. The Cocoa features gorgeous wood finishes, stainless steel countertops, modern black hardware, and tons of storage.
In the living room is a sleeper sofa with storage underneath. A fold down table and shelves are on one side of the sofa and on the other side is a shelf area that spans the width of the tiny home. Combination storage stairs/ladder leads up to the queen bedroom loft.
The kitchen includes a stainless steel countertop, deep single bowl sink with commercial faucet, two burner cooktop, microwave, and small refrigerator.
Across from the kitchen is a closet with exterior shelving and a barn door leading into the bathroom.
The bathroom includes a circular mirror, 32″x32″ shower, flush toilet, and open shelving.
