Bison by Modern Tiny Living

With two king size lofts and a fully equipped designer kitchen, the Bison by Modern Tiny Living shows how spacious and functional a tiny house can be.

The Bison sits on a triple axle 28-foot Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer foundation. The exterior includes LP Vertical Smart Siding with a dark stained wood finish and a steel roof.

The interior features luxury vinyl tile flooring, poplar tongue and groove walls, wood accent ceiling, and farmhouse matte black hardware.

An L-shaped Quartz countertop in the kitchen provides plenty of room for cooking, eating, and working. The kitchen also includes a full oven, propane range, refrigerator, white 30″ single bowl farmhouse sink, cabinets, and open shelves.

The living room has a black honeycomb-tiled accent floor and wall, which is ready for a wood-burning stove. The rest of the living area is left open for the client’s own furniture.

The two king size lofts are accessed by a single storage staircase and are connected by a catwalk. Each loft has its own skylight.

Not to be outdone, the bathroom boasts a custom tiled shower with glass door, full vanity with mirror and medicine cabinet, Nature’s Head composting toilet, and plenty of storage options. Plus, it is pre-plumbed for a stackable washer and dryer.
