Inspired by California’s coastal city of Laguna Beach, this 30-foot tiny home by Handcrafted Movement features white finishes with seafoam green accents.
The Laguna was built on a triple axle Iron Eagle trailer with built-in leveling jacks. The exterior is white board-and-batten siding with a touch of color around the craftsman style entry door.
The interior includes a downstairs flex space and two sleeping lofts. The flex space can be used as a main floor bedroom or home office with sliding door.
The walls and ceiling are painted white and the hardwood flooring is a wide plank distressed oak. Soft green accent paint was used on the cabinets, built-in entertainment center, and exposed ceiling beams.
In the kitchen you’ll find laminate countertops, a white apron sink, a stainless steel LP gas range with vented hood, and a stainless steel 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer. Across from the kitchen is a wood dining table with chevron pattern.
Next to the kitchen is a living room with built-in entertainment center. Beyond the living room is the flex space that is large enough for a queen size bed.
Above the flex space is a 50-square-foot loft with ladder access. On the other side of the tiny home is a 68-square-foot loft with stairs. Each loft has a curved edge and copper rail.
Below the second loft is the bathroom with a 36″x36″ one piece shower, a 40″ vanity, a flush toilet, and built-in storage space.
