Designed and built by Matthew Impola at Handcrafted Movement, the 31-foot Legacy features a downstairs bedroom, wideplank distressed oak hardwood flooring, and walnut countertops.
The Legacy was built on a 31′ x 8.5′ Iron Eagle tiny house trailer with three 7K axles, built-in leveling jacks, and trailer brakes.
The exterior has white board and batten siding with gray Pacific Cedar accents, a standing seam metal roof, and lighting fixture by the front door.
Inside the Legacy is a flex room that can be used as a downstairs bedroom or home office. The room has a barn door and a closet.
The living room has a wall-mounted 40″ Samsung Smart TV with Bose sound bar and room for a couch or chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel LP gas range and antiqued vented hood, a 10 cu.ft refrigerator/freezer, a white apron sink, and a dedicated coffee station/mini pantry. The walnut countertops blend nicely with the blue cabinets and shiplap chair rail throughout the house.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table with metal surface and a wood bench seat.
One loft has stair access and the other has a custom ladder. Each loft is large enough to fit a king size bed and one loft has a built-in dresser.
The bathroom includes a 36″ x 36″ one piece shower, 33″ vanity with storage, and flush toilet.
The Legacy was listed at $78,000. For more information about the Legacy, please contact Handcrafted Movement.
