Custom built by MitchCraft Tiny Homes, this 20-foot tiny house was constructed for four seasons living. It is well insulated and has a 33 SEER Mitsubishi 12,000 btu ductless mini-split A/C unit with Hyper Heat technology. The home is N.O.A.H. certified and comes with a one year warranty.
The exterior is clad in a combination of cedar tongue-and-groove and board-and-batten siding. There is a Therma-Tru insulated fiberglass front door, Velux skylight, and premium vinyl windows.
Inside the custom tiny home are waterproof luxury vinyl plank floors, custom-milled shiplap walls, and beetle kill pine tongue-and-groove ceiling and window trim.
The kitchen features custom maple cabinetry with soft close hardware and a solid maple butcher block countertop. The countertop also provides a place to eat or work with room for a barstool set up in front of a window. The stainless steel kitchen appliances includes a 10 cu.ft. Avanti electric fridge with bottom freezer, Atwood three burner 21″ propane range with oven, and 24″ under-mount kitchen sink.
The living room has an L-shaped Benchcraft sofa and two corner shelves. The skylight is situated over the living room area.
A queen size bedroom loft is accessed by the storage staircase. The loft has a built-in closet with three drawers and room for hanging clothes.
Below the loft is the corner bathroom with a 36″ tile shower, glass vessel sink on a 24″ vanity, and a Separett Villa composting toilet. Just outside the bathroom is a washer/dryer combo with folding counter and upper cabinet.
