Custom built by Mitchcraft Tiny Homes for their client, Kailey, this 22-foot tiny house comes fully equipped for off-grid living.
The exterior is clad in green siding with white trim and entry door. A storage box over the tongue houses the batteries.
Inside the custom home are white beadboard walls, cork flooring, and natural wood finishes.
In the living room is an L-shaped built-in bench seat with room for a water tank underneath. The cabinet above the seat provides room for some of the off-grid system components like the breaker box, 4400 watt inverter, system monitor, etc.
Above the living room is a storage/guest loft with ladder access.
The kitchen includes a gas range with venting hood, washer/dryer combo, and a refrigerator in the storage staircase. The large butcher block countertop extends past a window to create a nice dining/office area.
Along with the refrigerator, the storage stairs have a pantry and room for hanging clothes.
The spacious master bedroom loft has a built-in dresser area that acts as a partial privacy wall.
In the bathroom is a vanity with good amount of counter space around the sink, a linen closet, a fiberglass shower stall, and a composting toilet.
The home cost approximately $77,000 including the off-grid system.
