Designed and built by Matthew Impola at Handcrafted Movement, the 28-foot Seabrook features a downstairs murphy bed, wideplank oak hardwood, and reclaimed live edge walnut and oak accents. The tiny home was named after the Washington coastal town of Seabrook.
The exterior includes board and batten siding with three piece window trims and a standing seam metal roof.
The 310-square-foot home provides 238-square-feet of living space on the main level and 72-square-feet in the bedroom loft.
A separation of space is created by using dark blue for the walls and ceiling in the bedroom area and white in the main living area. The same dark blue (Oceanus by Sherwin Willams) was used on the kitchen cabinets.
The living area has a built-in 32″ Smart TV hutch with shelves. Throughout the house are several cabinets, cubbies, and closets, including clothing rods for 50 hangars.
In the kitchen you’ll find oak countertops, a white 24″ four burner propane gas range with vented hood, and a white 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer.
The bathroom includes a 36″x36″ shower, ceramic vanity with sink, and flush toilet.
A king size bedroom loft is located above the bathroom.
The Seabrook was listed for $75,000, including several upgrades as shown. For more information, please visit Handcrafted Movement.
