With its downstairs flex area and king size sleeping loft, the Pacific Harbor (renamed Outer Banks) by Handcrafted Movement can accommodate four people comfortably.
The tiny home is 30-feet long and built on a triple axle Iron Eagle tiny house trailer.
The exterior combines board-and-batten siding with Pacific Cedar accents. There is a standing seam metal roof and full-lite exterior door with coordinating side-lite.
The Pacific Harbor features walnut countertops, wide plank distressed oak hardwood flooring, and a walnut slab divider with curtain to separate the flex room from the rest of the home.
The flex room is large enough for a queen size bed and the bedroom loft can fit a king size bed.
The kitchen includes a stainless steel LP gas range with exterior vented hood and LED lighting, a stainless steel 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and a white apron sink. The walnut counter has a chevron pattern.
There are several storage spaces throughout the home, including a 45″x80″ closet that can hold up to 40 hangers. There is also a drain and hookups for a washer/dryer combo.
In the bathroom is a 36″x36″ shower, flush toilet, 40″ vanity, and built-in storage space.
The Pacific Harbor was listed for $71,000, including the upgraded black framed windows and full-lite front door with coordinating side lite. For more information about the tiny house, please contact Handcrafted Movement.
