The 30-foot Oceanside by Handcrafted Movement was designed with a downstairs bedroom and bedroom loft with stairs access. The home features a bright white interior with blue and oak accents.
The exterior is solid white board and batten siding with black windows, a black metal roof, and blue double full glass french doors. The tiny home was built on an Iron Eagle Tiny House Trailer with three 7,000-pound axles and weighs approximately 13,400 pounds.
The owner works from home, so she is using the downstairs bedroom as her office. The area has blue walls and a full height bookcase that serves as a partial privacy wall. Next to the office is the living room with built-in TV hutch and shelves. Wide plank oak hardwood flooring was used throughout the house.
The kitchen includes oak countertops, a stainless steel 30″ four burner gas range with venting fan, a stainless steel 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and a circle window over the sink. A drop down table sits across from the kitchen.
The bedroom loft has plenty of room for a queen size bed, large dresser, and nightstand.
In the bathroom is a 36″x36″ shower, 48″ four drawer vanity with sink, and flush toilet.
