From Tiny House Building Company is the 36-foot Inglewood. The gooseneck tiny home features an 8-foot office space with built-in desk and closet over the gooseneck.
The Inglewood was built for off-grid living with its 46-gallon freshwater holding tank and composting toilet. It was also wired for A/C and D/C power.
The home was built on a triple axle trailer with room to store the propane tanks under the gooseneck deck. The exterior is clad in low-maintenance gray siding with white full light double entry doors and white windows.
As you enter the home you’ll find an elevated living area with slide-out staircase. A faux brick accent wall adds a unique element to the home.
The kitchen includes custom cabinetry with movable island. There are butcher block countertops and a 33″ single bowl sink with gooseneck faucet. Appliances include a 24″ propane stove and refrigerator/freezer.
A short flight of storage stairs leads up to the gooseneck platform. The main area has the office space with desk and built-in shelves.
Next to the desk is an elevated platform that fits a queen size bed. The bedroom area has a storage space with two shelves and a railing around the edge.
There are two skylights in the Inglewood: one over the raised living room and the other over the office space.
The bathroom is below the bedroom and includes a 36″x36″ shower, wall-mounted sink, washer/dryer combo, and composting toilet.
