Hamlin by Tiny House Building Company

Built by Tiny House Building Company, the Hamlin is an 18-foot off-grid tiny home. The home includes a 2000-watt solar panel system with battery bank, incinerating toilet, and fresh water holding tank.

The exterior has blue and white siding with white trim. The six solar panels cover the single slope roof.

The rustic interior is lined with natural wood walls and laminate wood floors. The living room has space for a full size couch and there is a wall-mounted gas fireplace.

The Hamlin includes two lofts, both with storage stair access. One loft is large enough for a king size bed and the other loft fits a queen bed.

The kitchen features a three burner propane range, large single bowl sink, and a 3/4 refrigerator located in the storage stairs. An on-demand tankless propane water heater provides hot water to the kitchen and bathroom.

The bathroom includes a barn door, corner shower, corner sink with motion-activated faucet, and an incinerating toilet.
