The Laurel is a 24-foot tiny home from Virginia-based Tiny House Building Company. The 272-square-foot home has a king size loft and living room with separate workspace.
As you first enter the home you’ll find the kitchen with custom grey cabinetry, 33″ drop in stainless sink with high neck faucet, a 9.4 cu.ft. refrigerator, two burner induction cooktop. Next to the laminate counter is a drop down dining table.
Along with the workspace, the living room has built-in shelving, a spacious clothes closet, laundry area with combo washer/dryer, and a storage shelf.
The bathroom has a 36″x36″ tile shower surround, standard toilet, and custom vanity with sink.
The exterior of the Laurel is painted engineered treated wood siding with craftsman style door. The home also includes an on-demand propane tankless water heater and a Pioneer split unit heating and cooling system.
