Nicknamed the “Olive,” the exterior is a deep green olive wood siding with white trim.
The kitchen features a beautiful 33″ hammered copper sink and faucet, dark blue custom cabinets with gold cabinet pulls, and a stained butcher block countertop. Appliances include a 9.4 cu.ft. refrigerator, two burner induction cooktop, and microwave. There is also a large built-in storage closet and shelves with room for a washer/dryer combo.
In the bathroom is a 34″x36″ tile shower surround, dry flush toilet, and custom vanity and sink. Storage stairs lead up to the king size loft with wall sconce.
The home comes with an on-demand propane tankless water heater and Pioneer split unit heating and cooling system.
