The Jefferson is a 368-square-foot custom tiny home built by the Tiny House Building Company in Fredericksburg, VA. The home features a main level master bedroom, raised living room, and a secret storage room behind the built-in bookcase.
As you enter the 28-foot house, the raised living room with skylight is on the right-hand side. The stairs have built-in storage drawers and under the platform is a washer/dryer combo and the bookcase that slides out.
To the left of the entryway is the kitchen, which includes built-in shelves for overhead storage, butcher block countertops, and stainless steel propane range and refrigerator.
Past the kitchen is the luxurious bathroom with oval soaking tub and rain shower head, sink and vanity, and composting toilet.
At the rear of the house is the main level master bedroom with closet. A ladder leads up to the double lofts above.
