The Kate is a turn-key tiny home by Fredericksburg, Virginia-based Tiny House Building Company. The 412-square-foot house includes two king size bedroom lofts with storage staircases to each loft. Farmstead maple floors and custom paint are used throughout the house.
The kitchen features white cabinetry, granite counters, upper shelving for storage, pantry, full size side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator, propane cooktop/oven, oversize sink with commercial faucet, and glass tile backsplash.
The bathroom features a 36″ x 36″ shower with large rainhead, standard flush toilet, washer/dryer combo, and a closet with hanging storage.
The exterior consists of cedar impressions siding, a copper metal roof, and a glass front door with built-in mini blinds.
An 18,000 btu split heat/AC unit keeps the tiny house comfortable.
