The Georgia is a 28′ gooseneck tiny house with approximately 315-square-feet of living space. Built by Tiny House Building Company, the tiny house includes a king size bedroom over the gooseneck, a king size bedroom loft, and a nook that can fit a full size bed or be used as an office or reading area.
On the main floor of The Georgia is the kitchen, living room, nook, and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with upper shelving, large sink, refrigerator, two burner induction cooktop, and washer/dryer combo.
The master bedroom is up a short set of five stairs, which have storage compartments underneath. Above the bathroom and nook is the bedroom loft with ladder access.
3/4″ tongue-and-groove yellow pine was used on the walls and ceiling, and dark laminate flooring was used throughout the house.
The full bathroom has a shower, custom sink, and dry flush toilet.
