The Fairview is a 20-foot tiny house built by Virginia-based Tiny House Building Company. The home has natural wood finishes and a full height ceiling in the living room.
The gray and white exterior provide a clean, low-maintenance finish. A shed-style roof allows for six clerestory windows and a good amount of headroom in the bedroom loft.
The kitchen is outfitted with hickory cabinetry and laminate counters. Appliances include a two burner electric cooktop and a 3/4 refrigerator/freezer in the storage stairs.
Along with the refrigerator, the storage stairs have several cubbies and drawers, as well as a pull-out step that can be hidden away when the loft isn’t in use.
The queen size bedroom loft has a black pipe railing and two windows.
Below the loft is the bathroom with pocket door, washer/dryer combo, 32″x32″ white acrylic shower, sink with cabinet, and flush toilet.
