The Cascade was designed and built by Matthew Impola at Handcrafted Movement. The 30-foot home offers a downstairs king size bedroom and bedroom loft with stairs.
Built on a triple axle Iron Eagle trailer, the Cascade is rated for 20,000 lbs and weighs approximately 13,550 lbs. The tiny home has board and batten siding, a standing seam metal roof, and a 9-lite craftsman style front door with matte black hardware.
Inside the Cascade are wide plank oak hardwood floors, white walls with wainscoting in the bedroom, and wood beams across the white ceiling.
The main floor bedroom has a sliding door and can also be used as an office, art studio, etc. The bedroom loft is also large enough for a king size bed.
The kitchen features butcher block countertops, a stainless steel 30″ four burner LP gas range with vented hood, and a 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer. Across from the kitchen is a dining table with seating for three.
The living room has a built-in TV hutch with shelves. There are also a variety of storage areas throughout the home, including space for 40 clothing hangers.
The bathroom has a 36″x36″ shower, flush toilet, 48″ four drawer bath vanity with sink, large mirror, wardrobe with room for hanging clothes, and shelves. The hot water is heated with an energy efficient LP tankless water heater.
The Cascade was listed for $79,000 and already sold. For more pictures and information about the Cascade, please visit Handcrafted Movement.
