The Cannon Beach was designed and built by Matthew Impola at Handcrafted Movement. The 30-foot home offers a downstairs flex room and two bedroom lofts. The downstairs bedroom can be used as a king size bedroom or home office.
The Cannon Beach was built on an Iron Eagle Tiny House Trailer with three 7K axles, built-in leveling jacks, trailer brakes, and road lighting.
The exterior consists of board-and-batten siding with shutters and cedar accents, a standing seam metal roof, and a full light front door.
Inside the Cannon Beach are wide plank distressed oak hardwood floors and carbonized oak butcher block countertops. There are several cubbies, cabinets, and ample closet space throughout the home.
Along with the butcher block countertops, the kitchen features a marble backsplash, stainless steel LP gas range, custom exterior vented hood fan with LED lighting, stainless steel 2 door energy efficient 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and a mixture of matte black and iron hardware.
A built-in table sits across from the kitchen.
Both lofts are large enough to fit a king size bed. One loft has stairs access and the other has ladder access.
In the bathroom is a 48″x34 shower with tile accent, an energy efficient flush toilet, a 40″ vanity, and built-in storage space. There is also space for a washer/dryer combo.
The Cannon Beach has already sold and was priced at $89,000. You can contact Handcrafted Movement for more details.
