The Cadence was one of two Handcrafted Movement tiny homes on display at a previous Great American Tiny Home Show. The home is 28-feet long and sits on a triple axle trailer rated for 20,000 lbs. The completed tiny home weighs approximately 12,900 lbs.
The exterior is a gorgeous dark blue board-and-batten siding with white trim and standing seam metal roof. Double dormers on each end of the home allow for six upper windows.
The main living area features a fireplace with mantel, dining table, and room for a full size couch.
The kitchen includes a 30″ four burner LP gas range with exhaust hood, a 10 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer located under the storage stairs, and butcher block counters. Next to the staircase is an extra cabinet with open shelving above.
The stairs lead up to the bedroom loft, which has room for a king size bed and extra space for a dresser.
The bathroom is located under the loft and includes a 40″ two drawer vanity with porcelain sink, 36″x48″ fiberglass shower, room for a washer/dryer combo with clothing rod above, and flush toilet.
