The 160 sq.ft. Poco Edition tiny house is designed and built by Mint Tiny House Company in British Columbia, Canada. This model is available in 20′, 22′, and 24′ lengths, plus you have the option of framing in wood or metal. Metal framing reduces the framing weight by 30%.
The interior uses tongue and groove wall paneling, linoleum flooring, and propane heating. There are 4″x4″ exposed cedar roof beams under the bedroom loft.
