This custom designed 30′ tiny house was built by Mint Tiny House Company in British Columbia, Canada. Stained glass windows and a decorative piece on the bedroom loft add personal touches.
The exterior of the tiny house is finished with stained cedar siding, blue trim, and a blue metal roof.
Inside, the spacious interior includes a Hobbit wood stove, corner nook with storage below, and a pull-out larder pantry in the storage staircase. There is also a kitty litter space in the staircase, which is vented outside.
The kitchen features a double ceramic apron sink, custom wood countertops, and full size appliances including a refrigerator, 30″ propane oven with hood vent, and dishwasher.
In the bathroom is a 36″ shower unit and Nature’s Head composting toilet.
