Modern Take Two is a custom version of Liberation Tiny Homes‘ Modern Farmhouse.
This 24′ tiny house uses mist grey LP smart side siding, Azek exterior trim, and a blue Galvalume metal roofing for a maintenance free exterior.
The home’s interior consists of whitewashed pine beadboard walls, vinyl plank flooring, and stained pine accents. IKEA cabinets, a 24″ farmhouse sink, and a 2-burner electric cooktop complete the kitchen.
The storage stairs are large enough to accommodate a 9 cubic foot refrigerator.
A 64-square-foot queen bedroom loft rests over the bathroom and part of the kitchen.
