From Liberation Tiny Homes is the Modern Take Four, another customized version of their popular Modern model. This home is 32-feet long and includes a 60-square-foot cedar deck.
The Modern Take Four has a total of 450-square-feet including two lofts with two-foot bumps. The exterior siding is board and batten LP Smartside, stained pine, galvanized aluminum, and black Azek trim.
As you enter through the full light french doors you’ll be in the spacious kitchen with box beam ceiling, white upper and lower cabinets, and granite countertops. Appliance include a gas range and oven, apartment size refrigerator, and sink with gooseneck faucet.
There are two large bedroom lofts, each with built-in storage and one with a skylight. A storage staircase leads up to one loft and a ladders leads up to the other.
The luxurious bathroom has a tile shower, gorgeous leaf vessel sink, and composting toilet.
