The Modern Take Three was built by Liberation Tiny Homes for a couple and their dog in New Jersey. The 28-foot tiny home has a modern design with farmhouse elements throughout.
The Take Three is approximately 215-square-feet on the main floor, plus it has a bedroom loft and storage loft.
The storage stairs to the bedroom loft have a black pipe handrail and there is a pipe guardrail as well. The bedroom loft is wide enough for a bed and closet area, plus there is a skylight.
The galley kitchen mixes modern and farmhouse finishes with its gray cabinets and black hardware, wood counters, and white farmhouse sink. Appliances include a gas range/oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with storage space above and below.
A barn door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find a white vessel sink, tile shower, composting toilet, and storage shelves.
The exterior includes gray siding, black trim and roof, and a wood accent piece around the front door and window.
