Designed and built by master craftsman Abel Zyl at Zyl Vardos, the Damselfly House features handmade wood windows, an offset roofline, and a window box in the kitchen. With its 24′ long x 10′ wide floor plan and high ceilings, the Damselfly House has a bright, spacious interior.
The all cedar exterior comes with sculpted trim and rafters, an Onduvilla roof, and two Solar Tube skylights. The handcrafted entry door has an inlay and round window.
Inside the Damselfly House is a beautiful kitchen with a copper double-basin sink and natural slate countertop, 80″ pantry with slide-outs, a two-burner induction cooktop, 9 cu.ft. refrigerator, and upper cabinets.
The full-size main floor bed rests on a platform with storage underneath. The bedroom has an 80″ armoire and shaped corner shelving. There is also a twin-size sleeping loft with access from a built-in storage staircase.
A Shoji style sliding door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find a vanity with copper sink, one-piece fiberglass shower, and a flush toilet.
