The 28-foot tiny home has several upgrades including horizontal white interior wall boards, blue stained pine ceiling, modern window trim, and hickory flooring. In the living room is a built-in couch with storage and a mini wood stove.
The kitchen features an L-shaped gray quartz counter with pull-out leaf in the peninsula, white shaker cabinets, and a white porcelain tile backsplash. The leaf provides a dining space for two. Appliances include a Dickenson Mediterranean propane range, Vesta dishwasher, and 9.2 cu.ft. refrigerator with bottom freezer.
The upgraded bathroom includes a tile shower, square vessel sink, frameless mirror, and washer/dryer combo.
Above the bathroom is the bedroom loft with privacy wall and built-in closet space.
