Appliances include a Dickenson Mediterranean propane range, Vesta dishwasher, and 9.2 cu.ft. refrigerator with bottom freezer.
The upgraded bathroom includes a tile shower, square vessel sink, frameless mirror, and washer/dryer combo.
Above the bathroom is the bedroom loft with privacy wall and built-in closet space.
