Tess is a customized 28′ Payette model, built by Eugene, Oregon-based TruForm Tiny. The spacious interior of this 328-square-foot tiny house allows for a main floor bedroom, two lofts, and plentiful storage throughout.
The country-style exterior features green siding with a cedar shake accent over the front door. Double dormers over the main loft provide extra headroom, allowing the loft to be used as a queen size bedroom or office area.
Inside, TruForm Tiny used Acacia wood flooring to contrast the white walls and ceiling. The main floor bedroom is built on a platform with storage access underneath.
The galley kitchen is equipped with white custom cabinetry with soft close, full size refrigerator, apron front sink, and an electric cooktop.
In the bathroom is a stackable washer/dryer, full size bathtub, vanity with bank of drawers, and a flush toilet.
