The Kootenay Urban offers a modern twist on TruForm Tiny‘s Kootenay model. This custom tiny home was designed by the client using TruForm Tiny’s online design tool.
The 28-foot urban tiny home includes panel siding, a metal roof, and a built-in front porch.
A bump-out at the back provides space for a day bed while leaving the living room space open. Also in the living room is a wood burning stove, table, a storage loft, and storage space under the day bed.
The kitchen is equipped with full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator, modern single bowl sink, and large pantry area. Additional storage space is built into the stairs, which lead up to the guest loft with desk and shelves.
The bathroom includes a vessel sink, washer/dryer combo, composting toilet, and shower.
