From Dallas, Texas-based Indigo River Tiny Homes is the 34-foot Magnolia. This tiny house on wheels features a food truck window with eat-at bars, wrap-around sofa bed, and a split level loft with three wardrobes.
The exterior is clad in Smartside composite wood siding with a cedar accent around the front door and food truck window. The window has an interior and exterior bar, which makes a great area to eat or serve food. The owners will add a deck once the house is in place.
There are two outdoor storage compartments — one in the front and one in the rear. A cat door goes from the bathroom to the rear storage compartment, which is where the owners will keep the litter box.
The kitchen includes an apartment-size refrigerator, four burner propane range, farmhouse sink, butcher block countertop, and open hardwood shelves that match the countertop. The kitchen cabinets have toe-kick drawers to help maximize storage space.
In the living area you’ll find a custom three-sided wrap-around sofa. There is storage under each seat, and the center section folds out to create a queen size guest bed.
Above the living area is a storage loft with ladder access.
Storage stairs lead up to the master bedroom loft. The split-level loft creates a landing platform so you have 6’4″ of headroom. Three wardrobes span across the back wall, providing a huge amount of storage space for hanging clothes and drawers!
A catwalk spans between the two lofts.
Below the master bedroom loft is the bathroom with vessel sink and a corner shower with glass doors and tile walls. The bathroom also has space for a washer/dryer combo and hamper area.
The Magnolia starts at $79,500. The one pictured below is listed at $92,600 with the optional upgrades as shown in the pictures. For more information, please contact Indigo River Tiny Homes.
