At only 6,280 pounds, the 24-foot Baby Blue by Indigo River Tiny Homes is a lightweight tiny home on wheels that’s easy to tow. The building is constructed out of fiberglass structural insulated panels (SIPs) and sits on a heavy duty custom trailer designed specifically for tiny houses. The Baby Blue is category 5 hurricane rated for winds up to 200mph, fire resistant, and earthquake tested up to Richter 12 without a single broken window!
The exterior is clad in baby blue board and batten siding with a metal accent piece across the front. An exterior utility closet sits over the tongue of the trailer and houses the water heater.
Inside, you’ll find waterproof wood grain vinyl plank flooring, white textured walls, and a wood storage staircase that leads up to the king size bedroom loft. There is also a storage loft with ladder access located above the bathroom.
The kitchen features recycled glass countertops, white Shaker style cabinets, and a large sink with pull-down faucet. Appliances include a 10 cu.ft. apartment size refrigerator and a two burner glass cooktop.
In the main living area is a futon, entertainment center, and eat-at bar.
In the bathroom is a 48″x35″ shower, vanity, flush toilet, and storage space.
