Built on a sturdy 5m x 2.5m trailer chassis, this home is both transportable and road-registrable, boasting a unique VIN number for identification. The structure spans 5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width, reaching a height of 3.2 meters, and features high-end Al-Ko axles for durability. Weighing approximately 3 tonnes without appliances or furniture, it offers around 12.5 square meters of living space.
The Chipper’s construction utilizes a steel frame complemented by Stramit SharpLine® Architectural Cladding in a sleek Basalt Matt finish. Lunawood cladding adds a touch of elegance, while the premium G.James awning windows and double doors with tempered glass ensure both safety and aesthetic appeal.
Inside, birch ply lining boards and European oak benches create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls, ceiling, and floors are insulated with fiberglass earth wool and silver sarking, and the premium engineered oak flooring adds a solid timber feel underfoot.
In the kitchen, modern amenities include a gunmetal grey sink, a 10amp induction dual hob cooktop, and space for a variety of appliances such as a 3-in-1 cooker, Fisher&Paykel Integrated Dishdrawer, bar fridge, and washer/dryer.
The cabinetry, crafted from premium plywood, features soft-close drawers and cupboards, all enhanced by high-quality black fixtures.
